When you place an order that is eligible for online ordering, we provide live freight quotes from our shipping partners. For larger quantities, your order will be sent directly to the quoting process and our shipping coordinator will provide a detailed shipping quote. Large orders are not eligible for online ordering. Jamestown offers volume discounts on our products. Additionally, large orders must be handled by our freight coordinator. Yes, we are able to ship to Canada! Due to the nature of our manufacturing process, many of our products are NAFTA eligible for no customs duty. If you wish to place an order shipping to Canada, please give us a call. Due to the nature of international customs and currency, we are unable to support online ordering for shipments to Canada at this time.

If you have purchased directly from Jamestown Advanced Products and you need a replacement part for a product you have bought from us, we will be able to look up your account and help you with getting a replacement part.
